Whenever you press Win + L on Windows 8, where does it take you. It takes you to the Windows 8 Lock Screen. The Windows 8 lock screen shows you time, weather, date and the alerts you have opted for, like mail and chat messages.

The time format displayed on the lock screen depends on what you have chosen it to be. It can be of the AM/PM format or the 24 hrs format. It is the same everywhere, No, I beg to differ. Once there, make this editable. To make the key editable, all you have to do is.Right click LocaleInfo, select Permissions and make yourself sure both of the Allow boxes are ticked before clicking OK.
